Easy to use, lots if fun
This cocktail smoker kit is really fun to use. It comes with some different types of wood chips and everything you need to get started. The little torch is easy to use and comes in handy. I think finding your favorite flavors and deciding just the right level of smoke to put into your cocktail is really the most complex part of the process. It’s a great conversation starter or just a fun thing to bring out at a party. Something new and fun. It would make a great gift for someone who is hard to buy for, I think. The top that the wood goes in sits on almost any size glass you have. It all feels very well made. It is a great price considering what a set like this costs in a specialty store. Definitely a great price if you’re just wanting to try it out.

I use this at my home bar for smoky drinks.
I got this for my stepson for Christmas. We had great fun trying it out on whiskey and different foods. It looks so cool when you use it, and it effectively imparts a smoke flavor. Delicious!Only downside is, it doesn't come with the disks you need for cocktails. You have to buy them separately. And of course, it only comes with a small amount of wood chips, so you'll have to buy refills soon.It works really well despite its low cost, so if you're not totally sure about it, this is a good starter kit.

I've loved cold smoking foods for years but this really brought it into everyday cooking/cocktails. Very easy to use and a great design that stands on it's own but can also be easily lifted off the base for emptying. I recommend adding the cloche (dome cover), some extra cocktail lids, and the bubble mixture for some added fun.
It’s awesome give such good flavors
This smoker arrived in a nice, store shelf ready box with colored, shredded paper packing. Inside I found 2 tins of wood chips (Cherry & Apple), and the UFO Smoker itself in a drawstring pouch with the 'Smoky Crafts" logo on the front. The logo is also on the plug and torch! (See photo) The torch is more than powerful enough to get those chips burning and push the smoke into your glass. The 5 inch width allows you to use the smoker with glasses with wider mouths. (Margarita glasses, for example.) And the included plug does 2 things. It contains the smoke inside the glass, and helps extinguish the embers. And it looks good in the process. This thing works very well! The direct path from the fine mesh wire burning basket, to the glass is very efficient! The pictures in the ad that show heavy smoke in the glasses are no exaggeration, or created just for the ads. That's what you get when using this UFO smoker. As a mater of fact, the first time I used it, I got more smoke flavor than I expected. Too much, actually. So, you can probably expect a small learning curve to find the correct amount of smoke that gives you the taste you prefer. But, if you love a good smoky flavor, this is the smoker for you!
Great way to add a Smokey flavor to bourbon but really any type of rye drink. Came packed very carefully in a well cared for box. Also not pictured is a glass dome which you can use for a plate. It was very easy to use but the glass lid needed to be held in place. Not a big issue. You can see the amount of smoke generated. Leaves a great taste!

I absolutely LOVE this. I’ve been getting smoked cocktails at restaurants recently and wanted to do my own magic at home too. Similar cocktail smokers with a torch did not look safe to me at home and I wasn’t sure about butane gas going into my drinks so I went with this model that combines smoke top with smoke gun. It’s really easy to use and it comes with written and video instructions as well so I was ready to go within minutes of unboxing. Already gave it a try with my favorite whiskey and wine and smoky flavor was just so amazing. I also like the versatility of this product that I can use the Smoke Gun with food as well.Order was delivered via Prime so we got to enjoy it on Fourth of July weekend.
