Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Smoky Crafts (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships orders placed on smokycrafts.com (the “Site”). If you have any questions, please contact us at smokycrafts@gmail.com.

1) Shipping destination

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2) Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3) Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping: estimated 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods.

4) Shipping rates

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Any shipping promotions (including free shipping, if offered) will be applied automatically at checkout.

5) Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6) Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply).

If you notice an address issue after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at smokycrafts@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing or has shipped.

7) Lost, delayed, or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors, and

  2. Contact your local carrier office, then

  3. Email us at smokycrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.

Carrier-related delays may be outside our control, but we will support you in resolving delivery issues where possible.

8) Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at smokycrafts@gmail.com as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the product and packaging.
